Science Technology Park Belgrade (further on: Tech Park) is supporting entrepreneurs, startups and growing tech companies in innovation development and commercialization by providing need-based set of infrastructure and business support services. Tech Park was established in 2015, in the partnership of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (on the behalf of Government: Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Development), City of Belgrade and University of Belgrade, supported by the Swiss Government, with the aim to boost national innovation ecosystem.
Serbia – as the new high-tech destination in the Western Balkan region, with the Tech Park Belgrade has created additional national instrument for supporting innovation. Currently, there are more than 70 start-ups & growing tech companies operating under the Tech Park roof, employing more than 650 highly educated staff.
Tech Park is at this moment home to more than 10 foreign R&D centers, including companies from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, etc. Tech Park provides full support to foreign companies in establishing their R&D centers through Soft-landing program that includes counselling, legal & administrative support, attractive business space in the inspirational environment of Zvezdara forest, as well as partnership & networking possibilities.
Tech Park is placed in the area of 16.446 m2 in 5 buildings, that include modern business space, conference center & meeting rooms with full audio-visual equipment and translation cabins, 3D innovation lab & Maker space, as well as recreational facilities, such as gym & relax zones.
